Ram is my go to title company. They are extremely courteous and professional and get the job done so efficiently. They go above and beyond and provide such good customer service. Special shoutouts to Sue, Jenna, David, Karen S and Jen Cook for always getting our office to the finish line.

Bought a home in 2018 and they were my title company. Trying to sell the house now and have 2 open permits that were never reported or disclosed. One permit was open in 1999 and the other in 2012. Nothing in the closing packet showing any of the COs the house had. When I called to get the records, they said my file were corrupted. Shady company. If you see them as your title company, run!
