Overpriced for the quality of the apartment. They spend way to much on external appearance when they should be fixing the problems in the buildings like outdated heating, a/c, and plumbing. Poor parking available, one spot per apartment and allow residents to store old unused vehicles in the limited spots resulting in no parking in the complex. They don't inforce drug and gang activities policy's. Tagging, personal property being stolen or damaged. Not worth the price they are asking per month.
This is one of the greatest places ever.. All the staff is amazing!!! Couldn't be happier to call this home!!!
Love love love this place.....but my pools not open :(
