Renters beware, horrible management. The manager Angie Hall cursed at me and yelled at me. She accused me of illegal dumping. They wouldn’t fix my stove burners. The water was regularly turned off. The hot water wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t tell you when it was fixed. The bathtub didn’t drain. The sent rude emails threatening residents with fines and in all caps, indicating they were yelling at you. Could not be happier, the office staff and maintenance staff are amazing! Issues are resolved quickly and accurately in a timely manner. The price is reasonable for the area of Arvada most other apartment complexes are way more expensive. Could not be happier to call Ralston Park apartments oour home!
They have their tenants guests cars booted and charge them $340 to get it off. No signs of no parking anywhere. Apartments are old and out dated and over priced
Heard this place is garbage! Dog shit everywhere and there laundry always suck your pocket dry! And theres never parking!
Nice play area. Nice pool area. Apartments ok. Interior upkeep could be better. Prices rather high. Managers very accommodating.
Not bad in the day...not much has changed today!!!!!!
