We are owner residents at Overlook and we received this mailer around 2/5/2025. We understand that you should disclose any and all information, privately, to a prospective buyer but we did not appreciate that you made this vague allegation public. If an HOA is ‘in turmoil’ as you stated, it’s unethical to state that publicly, and it’s on you to communicate directly with the HOA Board president and/or property manager to determine what the current status of resolution is. Did you do that?
