My mother spent the last 4 months of her life while suffering from Alzheimer’s. The staff in the memory care area were fantastic! They are all so patient, loving and wonderful! My mom was very happy there and very well taken care of! I sure miss seeing the staff as well as the residence. � Blessed to have known all!�
RecommendedThe staff are amazing here! I moved my mom in and thought she would have problems adjusting but not at this fine place! They treat you like family and always are there for you! It has a beauty salon and a movie theater to boot! The food is so good too! My mom and her family are very happy and pleased!
They have many detail type issues ranging from getting the meds right to housekeeping issues. This is not a well oiled machine. The staff is loving but the turnover is so high that shorty after a resident gets familiar with a new staff member they disappear with no notice and no explanation. They just vanish. It’s like the aliens keep coming and taking away their caregivers.
We feel safe knowing that mom is safe and happy. The staff is great and the amenities are a plenty.
Filthy practices across the board. Still after a Noro Virus outbreak they cannot be clean in the dining room. This a clear sign that Ralston Creek Neighborhood could care less about the safety of their clients. A patient was sick in the dining room; after 20 minutes still not cleaned up, not sure if it ever was. Actually saw a nurse drop patient medication on the floor, pick it up and gave it to the client. Stay far far away from this facility. The facility is new and looks pretty, do not be deceived.

Do NOT move your loved one here! I repeat, do NOT move your loved one here! Extremely high staff turnover, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, horrible keeping meds straight. Incompetent background checks. More about the profit than caring for your loved one.
