The lady on the phone is very nice and professional but weak minded, she claims she doesn't have control over the prices, so tell me who does lol ME? Lol no youre the middle person and have power to speak on the issues. So the issue is that this place increases your rent based on when you move and your lease increases inevitably as time goes on.
