Great Service! As a small business owner, I value personal service. I depend on my computer for everything! When I accidentally spilled water on my laptop, I called Dan. He offered suggestions, but advised that I??d probably need to replace the computer in the near future. I ordered a new laptop online, and when it arrived, I struggled to set it up. BEST TECH IN NORTHWEST PA RALSTON COMPUTER IS THE BEST COMPUTER PLACE IN NORTHWEST PA. We are so lucky to have someone in our area with the experience and expertise they can provide. Dan has over 25 years experience working on PC's and it shows. After my computer crashed I called both DELL and Microsoft. This guy knows his stuff I took my non working computer in to Ralston Computer Services and was greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. He listed to my problems and was very eager to help resolve my computers issues. I feel that he was very honest and upfront on all issues.
