I highly recommend Ralph's to solve your transmission service needs. My van drives better than ever. Ralph's Transmission gave me the best possible attention and service money can buy. I was recommended Ralph’s Transmission from a friend. They offered a courtesy in-town tow, kept great communication throughout the process of figuring out what was wrong, had to order the part and had it all done within 48 hours or so. I didn’t have to leave work to handle my starter issue and I feel they gave me a very honest fair price! Definitely will return in the future.
Super clean shop, quick appointment, and friendly staff. Scheduled a routine transmission and 4x4 differential service. I saved over half of what I was quoted by the Chevy dealer. Really nice ladies up front offered to call an Uber for me. I nicely declined, and my dog and I did the 3-mile walk home. We stopped for sniff breaks and got great random photos of Modesto.
Ralph’s transmission was helpful from beginning to the end of the process. Quick and efficient got me in and out in 3 days. Highly recommended. Their service staff is very knowledgeable and explains what you are getting and what to expect.
Awesome people. Awesome service. Truck is running like a champ after having transmission rebuilt. 19 f-150 EcoBoost running like it’s supposed to. Couldn’t be happier!
