Ralphs is the best! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable!
They have been life savers for us. We are currently without medical insurance but still have medications we need. Without them and their EXTREMELY FAIR pricing we would not be able to get them. Friendly, fast, and kind service! They care about the patients more than the dollar.
Having a pharmacy in town is very convenient, but customer service is lacking. The clerks are great, but I tried to get two refills done here and they didn’t even try to process them with my insurance company. They just told me, they know my insurance doesn’t cover them. What’s even better is that they filled the previous rx, but refused to refill.
