I had a disappointing experience at this Ralphs location. The overall customer service was poor, and several staff members displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism. Employees seemed irritated, visibly huffing and puffing, and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. In particular, the bagger showed no common sense or attention to detail. This is one of the best pharmacies we have used. Been a customer for over 4 years. Never too busy and the staff are super helpful. The pharmacist spent 5 minutes trying to get us a last minute prescription before we left on a vacation trip. He finally found it and ordered it as a rush for us. Great service
Nice store, helpful employees, pharmacy is the best, highly recommend them
Ralphs Pharmacy over charges for prescriptions. I went in to buy Albuterol and I was charged $52. After I left, I looked up prices from other pharmacies because I though I was over charged. I could have paid $15 at Rite Aid, or Walmart. What a rip off.
