-1☆ this Market is one of the worst I have NEVER had an enjoyable experience here. Not 1 cashier, stocker, deli, or meat counter have any type of customer service. I Hope the young baggers don't change and become rude.
★ BEST SERVICES! ★ EXTRA CARE! ★ ABOVE & BEYOND! ★ EXPERIENCES; Left my cell in Lyft, driver drove off. Ralph's Pharmacy called my Health Provider Transportation Dept & arranged pickup. ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED! I RALPHS PHARMACY! IMPORTANT: The Ralph's, Store Manager, was very upset at the pharmacist's, & me, even though, I also purchased groceries, am a 10 yr loyal customer, she expressively did NOT want pharmacist's to help me saying, "It is not our responsibility".
This is the best pharmacy. The pharmacists are all knowledgeable and patiently explain things. I never have to wait in long lines. You couldn't pay me to go back to CVS or Walgreens
4/14/25 – Zero Star I recently picked up a prescription and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I plan to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to poor customer service. An employee, an Asian woman, dark short hair in a white lab coat—possibly a pharmacist or technician—made an inappropriate assumption about my insurance status by asking the counter attendant if I was “Medical,” without any reason or context. Have dealt with this pharmacy for years. Most of the people I know before they were transferred from other stores and am on a first name basis with them
