I’ve been coming here for years. I went to the Ralph’s off Crenshaw before, then they moved the crew here and it was such an easy switch off! I’ve been sooo pleased with every single really amazing person that works there. I have a chronic illness/autoimmune disorder so I have to use them frequently, so if you’re looking for top tier customer care this is the Pharmacy!
I hate shopping here. I put everything I was shopping for back just yesterday. The lines are way too long and they keep 1/2 the self checkout and regular checkers closed. Disaster.
The visit was a learning experience. A new prescriber changed the delivery method of a prescription and the pharmacy was concerned about it. The prescriber's office was unresponsive to the pharmacy calls. The Pharmacy Tech Ann-Marie and the Pharmacist Ms. Mary were accommodating. They took the time to help me understand the difference in the prescriptions. Pharm Ms. Mary explained the differences in terms I could understand and she suggested options for me.
