i frequently visit your store, just a couple things i want to bring to your attention as i would like to know also. please tell your employees to close the freezer doors after scooping, literally every door is left open and when they serve the ices it’s like mashed potatoes. This isn’t just once this is all the time. I understand online orders come in, but when you have a line of people, your employees should be dedicated to just the customers in the store.
