This has to be my favorite Ralph's location for several reasons. The staff is so nice and consistent. The location is great for parking - and if you're in a rush you can place a pick up order on most delivery apps. Sometimes there's a long line but that's just Ralph's/any ice cream place in the spring/summer, and they really do their best to get the lines down, compared to some of their other locations. I had a really disappointing experience earlier today 5/12/26. I went with my four-year-old, and from the moment we walked up, the greeting was pretty unwelcoming. I must have been flustered because I accidentally asked for the wrong flavor. The employee, Sophia K, told me she couldn't change it because that's what I'd asked for, even though I explained it was a mistake and it was for my son. Terrible service. The girl who attended my family and me—I believe her name was Keylin—was very rude and didn’t even try to hide that she didn’t want to serve us. If you don’t want to work, then don’t—it’s that simple. We were not rude at any point, so this kind of treatment was completely uncalled for.
