I’m very impressed with Mario’s ability to Handel customers special orders during this huge transition! He wasn’t able to get my part so he had another woman help get me what I needed. He helped me get my “Frankenstein “ machine working with just the last 2 pieces I needed! He had a beautiful smile on his face and a super positive attitude during the entire ordeal. My mother has been a customer of Ralph’s Industrial Sewing Machines for decades. Ralph’s father was an honest and very capable shop owner, and Ralph and his employees deliver the same quality service that is so hard to come by today. Honest. Hard-working. Outstanding. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with Mom’s industrial sewing machines.
Everyone at Ralph’s was so helpful. Joe made sure I got the machine best suited for my needs. The guys went through the machine to make sure I knew how to use it and then loaded it up for me. Highly recommend for all your heavy duty/commercial sewing needs!
I have called 4 times, went in person and sent two emails looking for a replacement manual for the machine I bought at Ralph’s. I haven’t received a manual after MULTIPLE attempts at requesting one. I’ve tried every avenue of contact they have. They also sold me presser feet for my machine and assured they would fit based off the model number and they absolutely do not fit. Ralph's staff quickly found Singer 31-15 needle shaft bushings and mailed them out to me. Easy self-repair. Fixed the "jiggly" needle right away. Thanks to all at Ralph's!
