I am extremely disappointed with the service experiences from Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling within 7days. Two of your technicians inspected my AC unit, first one on 7/27 replaced the thermostat and insisted we need a new unit, had air for 1 week. The second on 8/9 had no solve and insisted it needed a complete system replacement, quoting approximately $8,800 and that there is nothing he could do. Very rude and short tempered dispatch call taker, just my two cents, hope you have a different experience. But I went with a different company.
Very professional, aggressively priced, and extremely polite. Both the team from Ralph's and the electrician they had working for them did a great job, did it on schedule, and with equipment that I am confident will last a good long while. I would highly recommend them.
