Damien was incredibly professional and honest; he discovered a large clump of lint and what appeared to be pet hair inside one of the main returns; we had no idea how much our golden retriever contributed to the blockage! After the cleaning, the system stopped straining and ran more quietly, and he even gave us tips on how to reduce pet dander in the future.
