Ralph’s Hardwood Floors is AMAZING! It’s a long story but I won’t get into the details... short version, we were referred to a company that does Sandless refinishing. They promised to coat our floors and NOT change the color as we LOVED the original color. Well, even though the sample provided showed no color change, this other company changed them orange :(. Refinished large areas of hardwood in 1906 home. There were many unusual challenges—places where additions had been made and changes in some walls/floors over the years, thousands of nails, uneven spots. The crews came on time, contained about 90% of the dust, and worked with me to find exactly the right shade of rich darker mahogany to replicate the original—but more beautiful. We have white oak hardwood floors throughout the lower level of our log home. They were showing some serious wear and tear after 12 years of supporting four kids, a dog, and three cats. Ralph's did a fantastic job making them look like new again. Great expertise and professionalism!!
We purchased a home with yellowed, damaged floors this spring and Ralph's did amazing work in restoring and repairs! Our estimator took the time to explain options so we could make an informed decision. He took one look and was able to name the mill that produced the wood 15 years ago, and obtained matching hardwood from the same mill to repair and expand the hardwood throughout our open concept home. The crews showed up on time, and the work was completed on schedule with little dust. We highly recommend Ralph's!!!
