I have lived in East Peoria all my life and had never used Ralph's. Shelly helped us and was knowledgable, friendly and funny. She made this so easy. They have a large variety of choices and in stock products. We had new carpeting and laminate installed. Everything was done on time and all their employees were excellent to deal with.
