0 Star : My Experience The paint stripes on my truck were painted on from the factory (OEM) NJM estimate from Ralph’s auto Body says stripes would be painted on, the tape is not secure at the ending. I’m not satisfied with the pin stripe tape. OEM quality is Better. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality They kept us up to date with the progress with both cars and have been very respectful when we spoke to anyone there from the front office to the body guy trying daily to get my parts needed to repair my cars. I just wish that Chrysler would be as accommodating to their customers as Ralph's has tried to be. 5 Star : Customer Service Always a quick response and if they don't have an answer they called back quickly with a reasonable answer. 5 Star : Returned Clean
