Dropped the trans from my 04 Suburban with Ralph on a Tuesday, had it back by Thursday. Installed myself and got it back on the road. Everything works great and they were very helpful with providing instructions, and do's and dont's for installation and start up. Flawless experience. I highly recommend R.A.T.
Took my car to get looked at. They found a real problem that could have wrecked my car when others had looked at it and not seen the problem. They were prompt and friendly. I would recommend them to any and all my friends and relatives���
Ralph did a great job on my transmission, did a heavy duty rebuild and it still shifts smooth, he also went through my transfer case and driveshaft. He got my truck in when he said, got it done when he said he would, and charged a very fair and reasonable price. Great Job Ralph!
Had a 2000 ram tranny rebuilt last month. That thing is a beast and moves my 4x4 like a well oiled machine
Stand up work. My Sierra lost 2nd and 4th gear after a bit of troubleshooting I knew that the tranny would have to be taken apart. Ralph got to it quickly and let me know what exactly went wrong (broken 2-4 band) He recommended upgrading the bands to a stronger than stock replacement while rebuilding the tranny. Now she's back ready to tow and lay down some rubber. Quick, friendly customer service, no bs just solid work at a great price. Will definitively recommend RAT to others in need.
