I miss you guys
I have been going to Ralph's for the last two year. Ralph has been great and honest. Fixed two of my car. On the other hand, since Ralph had surgery, the current guy (John) has been very dishonest, not satisfied with his work, over-charging. Took my ford there for him to fix bearing and when he was done, all the lights on my dash were on! He said it was a sense on the wheel that was not communicating with the bluetooth. He said he would look at it and the next day he had not, two days later he said it is an electrical error.... read more
