Ralph rocks! My car had really complicated computer issues and Ralph solved them. It's going to be my son's car so it had to be right and Ralph made it perfect. Thanks so much for your professionalism and patience...lol....will always do business with you guys!!

Been doing business with Ralph and his father for close to 30 years. Knowing Ralph Jr the longest. I have nothing but positive comments to say. A honest and very hard working man. I'd pay no attention to anything negative anyone says chances are that they have unjustified negative comments made from their own lack of knowledge.

I live at the Crossings at Glassboro. Someone was parked in my spot, around 7pm on a Monday night. The Crossings has a deal whereby Ralph's will provide towing services for the apartment complex. Over the course of 45 minutes, I called Ralph's 22 times, and drove to their address in Clayton, NJ. No one answered my calls, there was no answering service to take my message, and there was no indication that Ralph's was even open (nothing was lit up, no one was there, etc.). We live in campus crossings and have called 10 times in a row multiple times before and there is no answer and their answering machine is off. This towing company sucks!
