I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Ralph. I wanted to buy a starter for my car, after having several replacements from a different vendor. I was on the phone preparing to make a purchase and to my surprise Ralph discussed with me several trouble shooting steps that I might consider trying before making the purchase.
