Tina the manager, was very rude and disrespectful when asked for assistance. Receipt was thrown in our face, we had the most humiliating experience. As a manager it is very important to be able to communicate clearly and be mindful of how your habits translate to customers.
RecommendedGet a Ralphs Club Card and save even more on the items you shop for already. The meat dept. offers Thick Cuts on Steak, always good to have as an option. Also, the Sushi is always good too. Always having great sales storewide everyday.
Why did you all change the store layout? No one can find anything anymore. EVERY grocery store has been laid out in a familiar fashion and you all decide to change it. I am in a wheelchair and making shoppers go back and forth trying to figure out where you have now put the freakig peanut butter is off putting. I will shop where it is more accessible and makes sense. I DON'T need to blow out my shoulders trying to find which aisle you moved it to. I have shopped here for 20 years+, and am deeply frustrated with the changes.
I love my Ralph's mkt friendly people that work there very helpful and fun to shop there.
Great organic food and produce. Lots of choices for Vegan cooking. And the staff are amazing�.
