We came here to get some food and family time and relax after a long day at the hospital. This did not happen. 5 tables (12 customers total), 1 server, 1 manager, 1 bartender, 1 host. Took 56 mins to get our 3 cheese burgers a 1 chicken sandwich. Food was cold and flavorless and dry. No refills on drinks. No tables cleared. Customers were walking in and helping themselves to food in the window. The server had no assistance and I am assuming the kitchen didn't either.
