Ralph Dodd and his office staff are the best. Very smooth transition to settlement. We bought a tiny piece of property but Ralph treated us like millionaires. He never was in a hurry and very very patient. Why anyone would use a chain agency is beyond me. He knows the county codes, the soil perks, and who to call for permits etc. a wealth of knowledge.
