We have used TM Ralph's on three separate occasions in the last 24 years, the most recent experience was in January. The Ralph family provided exceptional service from beginning to end. One example I can share is when we arrived at the church, the flowers were removed, and a drape was placed over the casket but there were some small leaves on the casket. Terrible funeral parlor. They did not let me see my wife and give her a kiss goodbye at the open viewering .And they screwed up the order on the death certificate. Never will use them again.

Recently experienced the compassion, empathy, and foresight of T.M. Ralph Funeral Home in Plantation at the service of a loved one. The staff addressed our needs immediately and willingly in a pleasant and professional manner. Grieving is such a sad and painful time and I feel that T.M.
