They're great to work with. There was an issue with a vehicle I was looking to purchase and they went above and beyond, pulled it into their shop and let me check it out, they were willing to take care of it right then so I could not only feel good about the purchase but also so I could feel safe making the long drive back home. Only leaving one star because it makes you— otherwise I’d leave negative stars. My family has been buying from the Smiths since my grandparents moved here in the early 70s. After talking to my niece today and hearing how whoever this new Joanna person is (no clue, but knows nothing about cars and even less about customer service/retention) both talked and treated her, it’s safe to say the ORIGINAL Mr. Smith is rolling in his grave. The whole entire staff at Ralph smith motors are the best! They were so kind, and very knowledgeable about their business and services. OMG KIMBERLY is the sweetest. I hope I’m saying the name right either Jason or Justin was my Hero I actually met Ralph and he’s a great guy! People check them out you won’t be disappointed ♥️ Y’all.
