I bought a car for my daughter. Charles Smith was the salesman, everything worked fine during the test drive, but after I bought it and drove home, the Radio stopped working. He said bring it back tomorrow and we did. He stated it needed a new part and he would order it and call her when it came in, but the A/C compressor went out on day 3 of having the car. They hire the most incompetent people from calling me twice months after buying my vehcile to sign papers that weren't signed to overcharging my card when I came into pay my note. ON TOP OF THAT the starter in my car is going out and I bought it in Aug 2025 and its only December 2025. Absolutely absurd.
