I met ralph through a Facebook post on marketplace when I was desperately looking for a home for rent in Virginia as we were relocating from Florida. We quickly got on a phonecall and the first thing I felt when I hung up the phone was a relief! He made me feel like everything was going to be ok and we would find a place to live and he would help us. Ralph was more than helpful in finding us our place. He was extremely honest, upfront and was able to find us a great Condo that fit right in my price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of questions at all the time. Would totally work with them again!

Mr. Semidey was very informative and helpful in the process of buying our first home. We were nervous about buying a home but he listened to our concerns/questions, was very responsive, and explained things in great detail. Would highly recommend :)
