Early September 2025 my 2017 GMC Savana van started showing theft deterrent message and would not start. I got Trading Post wrecker service to take the van to Ralph Seller on Florida Blvd. in Baton Rouge. Jessica Owen's kept me up to date on the ongoing repairs and after a few days called me to pick up my van. Overall I received friendly and courteous and the problem was repaired for a reasonable price and I will use them again if needed in the future. Alvin Guy Denham Springs La.
The worst experience with a dealership I have ever had in my life! I went to place a custom order Suburban in September 2024. The salesman put my order in and I put my deposit down that day. Now a year later, no vehicle, no copy of the order, no contact! I have had to reach out for any communication. I also had to reorder again, months later because of management change. This is beyond poor service. I would not recommend this kind of service to an enemy.
