Ralph Sellers did a GREAT job in helping us with a flat tire - a piece of sharp metal was in the tire.
Absolute worst buying experience ever. I buy a brand new vehicle every 3 to 4 years and I have never had someone be so rude. We had a $8,000 down payment and Brian (finance guy) got so upset with us for not buying all the extras. Like gap and warranties. He said since we would not buy the warranties the bank wouldn’t go as long on the loan. Which was fine with us because now we are paying less interest in the end.
