Finished a week later than we were told to replace insulation in AC ducting (even though we were the next to last floor to be worked on, so they had a couple of months to figure out how long it should have taken them). Failed to complete work by the new date provided in weekly update, so personnel mobilized to clean up and move back in were just idled for a few more days. Broke stuff without repairing. Failed to properly apologize, or recognize their utter failure of communication.
