Do not trust these people! They are being investigated by the FBI and Oakland County Sheriffs office. I purchased my home through these people, and they did nothing but band-aid work. They claim to not know any issues with the house, but after a costly new roof, new interior after water damage, all contractors said there is no way they did not know. Stay far away from these people. Many restoration companies know of them and their cheap practices - many refuse to work for them anymore.
