1. Dr. Parker explained everything really well; listened to me patiently and answered all questions, during all phases (consultation, pre-surgery, post-surgery, post-op visit)2. Surgery went exactly as he had explained.
I had a procedure done with Dr Ralph. He explained it could be done same visit in his office. He was very attentive and explained in detail the procedure, what to expect, etc do me to make a decision. The procedure went smoothly. He then explained a bit further what would happen next and how to take care. He called for follow up when he said he would. I am more than pleased with his service.
I was quite concerned and nervous about my surgery , Dr Parker explained what he was going to do , said he had done Hundreds upon Hundreds of this procedure and would be using the latest technology . I felt totally confident in him at this point .He said he would be done in 40 minutes or so and out before 11:30. and out of the hospital .True on both accounts .I had no post surgery issues and felt great within 3 or 4 days .I highly recommend him for this procedure , He is and expert and that is what you want .
Dr Parker was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.
Good doctor but staff (Candice) is dishonest. She lied about Dr. Ralph Parker being out-of-network from my insurance and overcharged me on the first visit. Upon showing proof that Dr. Parker is in-network with my insurance, she made up another lie that I had some deductible and that my overpayment went to that deductible. My co-pay for in-network specialist is only $50 and I have no other deductible.
This was my first visit with Dr. Parker's office, and it could not have been better. Prompt, professional, comfortable, everything exquisitely explained. If he's accepting patients, he's your guy!
Dr. Parker provided all the information I needed to get a procedure done and was a complete success. Note: He has a wicked sense of humor. Thanks Dr. Parker.
Dr Parker helped work through the issues so that no surgery was warranted. If I need a surgeon Dr. Parker is the one!
Every aspect of being a patient of Dr. Parker went extremely well. Can't say enough about hisoffice staff, professionalism and taking extra time to review my condition and explaining the procedure and expectations. Very little pain after the surgery.
