I was recently in the need for a new AC unit. I contacted this company after a friend referred me to Ralph P. Sita. She had used their services on several occasions and was very pleased. I called RPS the same morning, and spoke to the office manager, Alexandra. They were very responsive and attentive and sent one of their representatives, Tommy Sita, to look at my old AC unit.
