RecommendedWow!!!! A few months ago our truck was involved in a bad wreck which resulted in a lot of front end damage. At that time we took it Springfeild to the dealership for repairs. Ralph King Body Shop was recommended to me by Cottrill’s towing. This place has been absolutely amazing! From my very first experience with them I felt like I was in good hands. Actually ended up using a different shop for some collision repair due to a couple recalls and the suggestion of the decision maker when it comes to my car work which broke my heart a little bit to do because Ralph Kings was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! The receptionist walked me through the process on how a collision situation works since I’d never had someone hit my car before! When they got done repairing my 2009 Ram truck, The folks at Ralph King made it look better than the day that I bought it. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond what was required to just fix my truck was just great. I hope I never need to go to a body shop again but if I do, Ralph King is the only place to go!!
