Dr Alvarez is an old school Dr. He's great. Would be better practice if he actually was able to answer the phones instead of leaving messages. And it would be nice to call and make an appointment rather than having to make it online and then wait for an email back to see if your appointment was approved. It's kinda annoying to be honest. But hes a great Dr!
This man should not be in the medical field. HE IS A JOKE!!! garbage man always has an attitude, refuses to help his patients and the threatens his patient. All I wanted was to see my PRIMARY DOCTOR, yet this man is nothing but a lie and a fake and a rude sorry of a man. I truly recommend everyone to see someone else. I will be filing a major complaint and see if he will have his license revoked because this man SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! Dr. Alvarez is everything I expect in a good PCP, he checks all the boxes!
Make an appointment for 1pm show up early waiting forever reschedule now scheduled for 1:30 why is it 2pm and im still waiting behind other patients why would you have a time slot available if you arent even gonna be here on time for someone whos only in 3 days a week you’re going to be late AS WELL? please retire. No sense of professionalism.
