Ralph Pontiac I purchased a used Honda here. They were fair with me for price and service so far. They were patient with me while I was deciding on what car I wanted to buy. They were very informative with financing information too.
Ralph Sales and Service I have been a customer of Ralph for over 10 years now. My lease is coming due in July and they have been very proactive in working with me to understand my needs for my next car. They have consistently delivered great service and the Done Right brand is something I see in action whenever I go in for sales and service. I refer business to them as much as I can! Keep it up.
Service Department I called up Ralph Pontiac with some warranty work (rear driver's window wasn't working) on my '07 CR-V. The person I talked to told me that they would provide a rental car as part of the warranty work. When I dropped my car off, however, I was told that the dealership could set up a rental at my expense, that the rental I was promised apparently would only be paid for if I had an extended warranty, and they didn't have any loaner cars. Great Experience I bought a honda pilot from Ralph Honda in 2007. I was very pleased with the sales team while going through the process of getting a car. Taking my pilot in for oil changes and tune ups has been a delight as well. The service team is very easy to deal with, and they are very good at what they do. GET 2ND OPINION BEFORE MAINTENANCE WORK!!!! Like any business, they try to make the most money they can, even if that means ripping people off. I keep my car up very well and am not an aggressive driver by any means. I always felt like the people at Ralph were being honest, maybe because of their slogan "Ralph Done Right". Outstanding Sales Experience I had the most positive sales experience at this dealership! My salesperson was professional and provided the information I needed without being pushy or over aggressive. I receive the exact vehicle I was looking for at an excellent price. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.
One of the greatest things about this country is that we have the right to our own opinion and the freedom to express it. I give her a lot of credit for pursuing this and maybe stopping it from happening to someone else. There are many forms of bully’s out there. Buying a car should not be this difficult.
I have bought numerous vehicles at Ralph's and will continue as I've been very satisfied with the sales and serviced department. My family have all brought our vehicles for service at Ralph's and have always been able to pick up our cars on time and at the prices quoted. We will definitely return.
