They are good listeners, hard workers, and professionals with expertise. They helped navigate our family members to successful home purchases, and I would gladly refer to them again.
Raciest guy if you are not white. Made a huge mistake trusting him selling my beautiful home. 1st he said my home smells like curry. 2nd said no one will like your home even tho it was build brand new. 3rd did not open house or decorations to sell my house. 4th he said I will not even get $415.000 because of the smell.... Got fed up with him. Got into contract with home for 6 months... As soon as I changed my realtor I got my house sold thru ELAM realtors for $500.000.
I referred some buyers moving from Colorado to Tennessee to the Pierson team and they absolutely knocked it out of the park.
