Got my lawnmower repaired here and was taken by these guys. LISTEN PEOPLE I paid $75 for a spring, a spark plug and for some "scientist" to remove my shroud and clean the grass off of it. TOTAL RIPOFF NOT HONEST PEOPLE WHETHER YOU ARE BUYING A NEW LAWNMOWER OR JUST NEED REPAIR. I asked for them to call me with an estimate and 3 days later they call me with a bill. I wouldn't have even gave 1 star but that is the lowest rating. Thanks a million Ralphy boy.
Fast service i have bought a my STHIL product from here recently I've had to chainsaws repair in two day they called me with an estimate and with in a week I had them repaired excellent service and they show a genuine concern for your needs . Highly recommended .
Ralph Helm Inc is excellent I purchased a Troybuit tiller and Toro selfpaced mower. Every time i visit for purchases or repairs I'm greeted warmly and treated professionally. They may not be the cheapest, but their service is worth any extra cost. Definately recommend!
Great Parts Store If you need parts, Ralph Helm is the place to go. They carry most of the well-known equipment manufacturers -- Toro, Briggs & Stratton, Bob Cat, Echo, etc. We were in need of a part for our Toro mower and they certainly had it. We will continue to go there for all our parts.
Friendly Service Casey's Market offers friendly service and a good selection for a convenience store. They sell coffee in the A.M. and also are a CT Lottery retailer. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean,
