car dealership We bought our Toyota Tacoma from Ralph Hayes about a year ago. They helped us get what we wanted. We were paying cash so they were willing to come down on the price of a brand new one. We got a brand new truck and we only paid a used car price. The salesman were not pushy that is the reason we bought from them.
sloppy salesman I bought a Used Yaris from Ralph Hayes. To begin with I looked on the internet and got a preapproval prior to coming in. Well after I got it a salesman called me several times ( which was fine) and expected. It took me a bit over a week to finally come in. car dealer Ralph Hayes Toyota really needs to teach their salesman about personality. They were all very rude to us. It seemed like they were only there for the money instead of making the customers happy. We were there a total of 5 minutes and were surrounded by 3 different salesman.
I have purchased 2 Camrys in the past couple of years and was going to purchase a 3rd. The 3rd time was not a charm. They are not honest. They do not try to get you what you want. They will make you think they are getting you what you want. They told me several different stories about fog lights. Said they were not an option for the 2020, then said they were being installed, then said they ordered the wrong ones, then said they were on back order but would be in on wed and installed, then GM said on back order and not sure ... read more
