I was pleasantly surprised at my visit, from the smile that greeted me, acknowledging my presence, to the reasonable wait time, to the pleasant person drawing my labs, to Chrissy, who is always great in taking time to listen and explain the lab results...can you tell how I'm feeling? If only all physician offices were so well run.
This review has nothing to do with the reception area. It has to do with the time frame. I had an appointment at 12:30 PM, arriving at 12:20. After signing in, I could hardly fine a seat there were so many people waiting to be seen. I was finally called in at 1:45 PM. I had my blood tests and was told to go back to the waiting room as there were two patients ahead of me to see he doctor. After going back to the waiting room, same thing.
