I wouldn't let him paint a wheelbarrow. Paid for a full paint job plus extra for inside doors. Bottoms of doors weren't sprayed or masked off properly. Lower half of truck didn't get primer so the paint is peeling off after two months. His fix is to just spray over the bad spots. His answer to complaints about how bad it looks? He said he got paid so it doesn't matter.

So, in January I made a appointment with RALPH GARZA Auto Body on Lake St. Roseburg Oregon to do a complete Paint job on 88 Chevy Pickup. I dropped off my rig on 13 Feb. 2023 and I made numerous phone calls to check on progress. Well, after calling again I was told that Ralph would call me back ASAP. Well, that did not happen. I called again today and was put on permanent hold. So I stopped by his Shop and NOTHING has been done. Work they did seemed ok,but when it rained, water ran through. Big leak! Mr Garza wouldn't correct the problem, so I sealed it with silicone. Everything seems ok now.

I bought my car last year from City Center Cars and Trucks. Part of the sale agreement was for them to fix the windshield. I took it to Ralph Garza. Not long after, my floorboards were soaked every time it rained. I was told that it may be the seals. I fixed the seals and still water just poured in. I took it back to Ralph's and they sealed up an inch that wasn't sealed when they replaced the windshield. It took months to dry out since every time it rained, the floor would be soaked.
