I would give zero stars if I could. Mr. Sipes was retained to handle my mom's estate after she passed three years ago. We are still waiting for him to do his job. He had given my sister excuse after excuse when he bothers to respond to her. I have also called and emailed him with no response.
I know him 40+ years. He is smart and experienced.
I contacted Attorney Ralph Sipes 4 years ago over a civil issue that I felt needed professional advice. During our introductory meeting, I found Ralph to be very curious, friendly and knowledgable and, ultimately, decided to retain his services for what I hoped would be a brief legal dispute.
