Easy to get along with and explained everything clearly in layman's terms. Overall, I had no issues with the visit. My only concern was being told to use Head & Shoulders for scalp and ear flaking/scaling after already being prescribed ketoconazole. I've been dealing with eczema and seborrheic dermatitis since I was a teenager, so that recommendation felt a bit underwhelming given my long history with these conditions.
Easy to get along with, explained everything quickly and in layman's terms. No issues.
