I just called to see if I could get a estimate and this receptionist lady gave me the most nastiest attitude and tone. She’s definitely the downfall of this company. Like why are you working there if you’re so miserable.
Called in and receptionist was very rude and asked “do I need anything” slammed the phone in my face. Yikes !
I called for an estimate in April 2022. The person came on time for the appointment. As of July 2023 I have never heard back from anyone. I called them 2x and was told "I'm sure he'll get back to you by the end of the week" without anyone taking my information. Then a 3rd time I called and left my info, still no return call. I can understand not being able to do the job for whatever reason. What I cannot understand is lacking the courtesy of a 1 minute phone call to tell me that.
