We've been a customer of Russo's for over 10 years. Their service never fails. They do it right and are professional and pleasant. Just yesterday, on a Sunday, our hot water heater stopped working. We placed a call to Russo, and they came the next day. The unit needed replacing and it was done within the space of a few hours. Highly recommended!
Terrible driver, almost caused accident
I just called to see if I could get a estimate and this receptionist lady gave me the most nastiest attitude and tone. She’s definitely the downfall of this company. Like why are you working there if you’re so miserable.
Called in and receptionist was very rude and asked “do I need anything” slammed the phone in my face. Yikes !
