I just pulled this Dr back up because I need an appt. I forgor to leave a review last year so I will now. Rhe Dr and his PA are excellent. I trust their work, diagnosis, and treatments. Only 4 stars because the wait time is ridiculous. Seems all patients get either am or pm and tgen you just wat, for hours. SUCKS!
If I could rate this place with a negative number, I would. I walked in already nervous for this surgery, and the ladies checking people in somehow managed to make the whole experience feel like a punishment. I’ve never been to a surgery where the front desk treats you like you personally ruined their day just by existing. The front staff is very rude, they always have an attitude for no reason at all. They seem to comfortable with there job. I work as a receptionist myself and would never speak to patients they way they do. No professionalism once so ever.
The staff sucks, person that calls for appts is so freakin rude with no education, not sure how she landed that job. Alhalles office is going to crap with these office staff so called ladies. Plain rude an cheesy to talk
This has got to be the worst, most racists, lazy , and slowest Dr's office in the RGV...We highly suggest you use another Dr's office, actually its at the endoscopy office... unless your willing to wait there for several hours!!! And if your a white person,,,Good luck with the front desk staff. They were rude , and very lazy... THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE . All the front desk ladies are there for is a tiny paycheck, NOT YOU !!!
