This has got to be the worst, most racists, lazy , and slowest Dr's office in the RGV...We highly suggest you use another Dr's office, actually its at the endoscopy office... unless your willing to wait there for several hours!!! And if your a white person,,,Good luck with the front desk staff. They were rude , and very lazy... THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE . All the front desk ladies are there for is a tiny paycheck, NOT YOU !!!

My family clinic scheduled an appointment for me ag this clinic. I called to check for available dates before or after my scheduled appointment because I'm flying in for this initial appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone—I'm not sure if it was a secretary or someone else—was very rude. They refused to provide any available dates, before or after my scheduled appointment, and wouldn't even take my name and date of birth to verify my status as a patient. If you are in need of an excellent Gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Ralph Alhalel. He has taken care of me and all my family for many years. He has great bedside manners, listens to all your concerns, and is of caring demeanor which has a positive affect on the patient. His staff is very nice and respectful.

Dr. Alhalel has been my parents doctor. He has been a great physician to them with various procedures done throughout the years. He is pleasant, professional, compassionate and empathetic. He has great bedside manners and always listens to my parents needs. His staff at the clinic always made them feel comfortable and were professional at all times. If you're looking for a reputable clinic with a compassionate doctor, look no further.

I have had a great experience with Dr Alhalel and staff. Everyone very kind and respectful and very attentive to my problems. Everything has been taken care of in a reasonable matter. I sure recommend Dr. Alhalel and I sure will return for further evaluations.
