Best representation I've ever had! – I went through one of the ugliest and longest child custody cases one could only imagine. I was referred to Mr. Kerns' office through a close friend who is an attorney in another state. terrible new lawyer joining firm – Melinda Kaufman is a horrible attorney. she is not a high effort, go the extra distance for your client person. She would rather wheel and deal with the other client's attorney than put your case first. She left alot of dissatisfied clients at her last job. Terrible communicator, me first attitude, acts like a spoiled smart a$$. Do not use this firm if they would acttually hire trash like her.

Dishonest attorney – No limit to dishonesty. Claims authority every area of law. Doesn't know attorneys have ethics. Wassup with dead fish in moldy tank in office?

User review by mrsunshine31 – Mr. Kerns is horrible. He was wrong about all the law he told me. I lost my case and Mr. Kerns was admonished by the judge several times. He is unprofessional and is a joke!
