I bought my house a year ago and went with Ralph because I didn’t feel comfortable going through the mortgage assigned house inspectors and I regret that decision. I was told that my house was settling which was causing a warp in my floor. Come to find out there was a crack in my main support beam in the basement right next to the asbestos wrapped vent. I would like to share how impressed I was with the thoroughness, knowledgeableness and patience of Ralph Garcia during my recent home inspection. As a first-time, overwhelmed homebuyer, it was very important to me that I understood everything I was being told, and I feel Mr. Garcia did an excellent job explaining terms and details in a way that I could really digest. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything, and answer all of my questions.

I cannot recommend Ralph strongly enough. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field, but his past experience as an educator makes him an ideal communicator. Ralph is personable, patient, intelligent and well-informed on both Syracuse and houses. As he guides you through every part of the property, he'll narrate the history of how the house has stood up (or not) with an almost Sherlock Holmes-ian level of perception.
