Number one in a food establishment hospitality is the number one goal. You should be trying to achieve every day. Not only have I been to this place multiple times. Every single time the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Update your closing time if your going to close early before 11 on a Saturday night
*Update 9/9/24 - replied to the comment via email immediately as they requested below and no response. Seems like they just respond favorably in public to appear customer-centric, but once you contact them privately they go quiet. ----- Food is OK, but twice in 2 months they have forgotten items from my order. Specifically Fries. Didn't realize till I got home, too late to return. Check your bag before your leave drive thru.
